Most aesthetic clinics spend heavily on finding new patients and almost nothing on the ones already in their system. A typical clinic has thousands of past patients sitting in its booking software, many of whom stopped coming for no particular reason. Nobody follows up, because the owner is in a treatment room all day and the front desk is busy with the people in front of them.
That is the gap we work in. We run patient recall and reactivation campaigns using the clinic's own records, so results come from an asset the clinic already owns rather than from more advertising spend. We handle the setup, the messaging, and the reporting. The clinic handles the appointments.
We work with a small number of independent clinics at a time, which is deliberate. This work needs proper attention to each clinic's data, treatment cycles, and compliance position, and that is not something you can do well across dozens of accounts at once.
